HCS (Haryana Civil Services) is most prestigious and coveted Exam among the aspirants of Haryana. This Exam is conducted by the HPSC in three stages like UPSE (CSE). To crack this coveted exam a candidate must be a graduate from a recognised university, and shall attain the age of 21 years. HE/SHE should be a citizen of India.
